How can we help you?
How do the Ecobots clean?
Ecobots are basically autonomous hard floor scrubbers – they dispense water/solution onto the floor, scrub the floor with either brushes or cleaning pads and then vacuum up the water, leaving the floor clean and dry. In dry environments, the Ecobot can also be retrofitted to do dust mopping.
Can the Ecobots be brought to a completely new place and automatically start cleaning?
How do the Ecobots create maps and cleaning paths?
The maps can be easily created within minutes by driving/moving the Ecobot around the new area, allowing the LiDAR sensors to build a CAD diagram as the map.
Can Ecobots detect obstacles, moving people and even glass?
Are there items the Ecobots can’t detect?
How close can it get to the edge of the wall?
The Ecobots unique off center, front mounted brush-head allows the Ecobot to go up to 5 cm from the walls, however for safety considerations, we don’t recommend anything below closer than 10 cm to the wall.
What happens if the robot stops halfway?
If the Ecobot stops in it’s path for more than 30s, it will send an SMS to notify the operator to assist it. The robot will also send a cleaning report at the end of the cleaning task, to indicate the areas not completed.
How is maintenance like for these robots?
Gaussian provides a maintenance package which includes quarterly on-site diagnostics as well as remote monitoring and support 24/7. The daily basic maintenance in the filling, charging and cleaning are similar with current practices required with manual or auto floor scrubbers.
Do you provide purchase and leasing options?
Yes, both options are available for the Ecobot.
Do the Ecobots qualify for any grants?
Yes in Singapore, the Ecobot is a pre-approved NEA PSG Grant Solution and the subsidy is up to 50% of the cost. Over 95% of our customers have successfully obtained the full subsidy.
